Ling Yun-wha is the Prime Minister of the second Commonwealth of Australia. Before becoming the Prime Minister, he was one of the most reputable businessman in the Asia Pacific region. The self made million heir is a former member of the sea dragons, which is the special forces, of the Taiwan marine corp. He also fought against the Communist in the second war against Communist China and in the last war, he returned to the marines, to help train drafted recruits. After Jeffery Baker replaced the assassinated Prime Minister Chris Richard, Jeffery Baker order for the Australian army to engage the Catholic Republic of Australia, muscle to muscle, in central Australia. Theoretically speaking the Catholic Liberation Force should have lostt his battle, but spies of the Convent of Moral Order have already infiltrated the Australia defence force and as a result, the Australian army was been defeated. Facing the advancing Catholic liberation Force and not having a army powerful enough to go another round with them, Jeffery Baker asked the Asians for help. But Asia was not prepare to get involved with this Australian civil war. Firstly, because they just finished the war against Communist China. They are still recovering from it and still strengthening their governing power in China. Secondly, the amount of leaks within the Australian defence force, to the Catholic Republic of Australia and the type of behaviour demonstrated by former Prime Minister Chris Richard, give the Asians good reason to have second thoughts, before aiding Australia. Instead the Asians plan to strengthen Indonesia's defence and use it as a defence line to prevent the Catholic force to move further North. In the same the Asians, send many ships to help evacuate refugees firstly to refugee camps in Indonesia and then to have them allocated to various part of Asia. Using his extreme wealth as a billion heir, Ling Yun-wha came to Australia, to aid in the evacuation of refugees, including hiring additional civilian ships, to come to Australia. Everywhere in Eastern Australia there were refugees panicking to get on the ships. Sometime the refugees are so eager to get onboard, they do all they can to try to squeezed into an already overcrowded ships leaving port. To prevent the ships from sinking, soldiers were ordered to open fire on these civilians.
During this time Ling Yun-wha went to Jeffery Baker and persuaded him that right now, only under his leadership, could there be at least a slim chance for Australia to be saved. Been persuaded, the very next day, Jeffrey Baker passed a law in Parliament to make Ling Yun-wha an Australian citizen and the very next day, he gave his seat in Parliament to Ling Yun-wha and the Parliament made him the Prime Minister.
Ling Yun-wha knows that there are no chance to protecting the Australian people, without support from Asia and he need to get rid of the Asian's concerns. The first thing Ling Yun-wha did was he divided the remaining ten thousand troops of the Australian army into Alpha and Omega, each team have five thousand troops. Alpha was been send to hold off against the advancing Catholic Liberation force, for as long as possible, using the Darling river, as a defence line. But with the Australian defence force so crippled and so many leaks in the high command, Ling Yun-wha know Alpha cannot hold for a long. Secondly, knowing there is no way Australia could win this war or get the Asia support they need, with so many leaks within the Australian defence force and not knowing whom in the Australian defence force is a spy of the Catholic Republic of Australia. Ling Yun-wha hire military commander from South Africa and Singapore and replaced all high command of the Australian defence force, with the exception of the five thousand troops, send to defend the Darling River. Thirdly, Ling Yun-wha drafted all male age between fifteen to forty and all female age between eighteen to thirty five, these units can be assigned to any units other than Alpha, however, the only ground units women serve in is logistic. Fourth, Ling Yun-wha knows no matter what, there is no way the Australia mainland can be secured, so, he decided to evacuate Australia's economy, people and military to the island of Tasmania, which is a part of Australia, knowing the Catholic Republic of Australia, has a significantly weaker navy and air force and now with none western commanders, the leak problem of the Australian defence force has been resolved. But Ling Yun-wha know these are still not enough and support from Asia is a must. So fifth, to get rid of the Asian's concern for another Chris Richard like event to take place again, Ling Yun-wha proposed for the Commonwealth of Australia to hang power to the second Commonwealth of Australia. This would be a subject state of Taiwan. With a Governor General appointed by the President of Taiwan, a Prime Minister elected by the people of Australia and a Senate elected by the Australian people. The President of Taiwan is the Commander in Chief, follow by the Taiwan defence minister, follow by the Governor General of Australia, follow by the Defence Minister of the second Commonwealth of Australia.
Having seen the changes Ling Yun-wha made, the Asian world, decided to assist Ling Yun-wha, an allied forces of over two hundred thousand troops from all over Asia was send to defend the island of Tasmania, along with warships and air support, including three aircraft carriers. Twenty five thousand troops was been deployed to the Australian major city of Sydney, another twenty five thousand was been deployed to the City of Melbourne. Alpha that was defending the Darling River was been defeated in three weeks, but the Asian forces at Sydney and Melbourne continue to hold out. But, the Asians are still recovering from the last war against the Communist China and have no intention of sticking around on the mainland for long, their mission is to only defend Sydney and Melbourne for three months, so as many soldiers, economic strength and refugees can be evacuated, to Tasmania.
After three months and a half months, the Asians pulled out of Sydney and Melbourne and Catholic Liberation force marched in, starting by a wave of executions, pulling people out of their homes and shooting them on the street, for blasphemy.
Since the first day of taking power, Ling Yun-wha declared martial law at Tasmania and outlawed the Catholic church and enforced it with the assistant of Tasmania police and troops send to Tasmania from Asia. Two weeks after all that can be retreat to Tasmania have been retreated and all of Eastern Australia have been taken Ling Yun-wha order temporary seizing of martial law, so the Australian now at Tasmania can have a fair election on whether to become the second Republic of Australia, to persuade the public, the government showed images of people been massacred in Sydney and Melbourne was been played on television by the Catholic Liberation forces and sure enough, the vote passed and in another week, Ling Yun-wha was elected as the first Prime Minister of the second Commonwealth of Australia.
As an ex special forces Lieutenant, Lee Yun-whabelieve there is no way you can win a war, without public and the military both unite in their support of government policy, nor can a war be won, without a strong economy, military and good economy. And considering Christianity is the mainstream religion in the west, Ling Yun-wha believe it make westerners more vulnerable to be brainwashed by the Catholic Republic of Australia and betray their country. So, firstly, once been elected as the Prime Minister of the second Commonwealth of Australia, Ling Yun-wha declared martial law again, to silence voices that are in favour of the Catholic church and those whom are against the government position.
Secondly, Ling Yun-wha continue to spread messages including" religion is for a person's own spiritual fulfilment, no person have the right to force their own religion law or religion view upon another against their will. All people have the right to choose their own religion to follow, providing if it doesn't affect the freedom of others, doesn't cause social destruction and doesn't threaten the state. And all people have the right not to have the religion law and religion view of others force upon them against their will. The Catholic church is been outlaw right now, because they have violated these principle and there is no justification for what the Catholic church is doing right now" and the message saying "Catholicism is not a religion. The Catholic church is merely a man made religion institution of the Christian faith. As a Christians, you should be listening to Jesus, not the church" there are also message from pro government ex Catholic priest and nuns, who left the church due to not been able to agree with what the Catholic church, speaking out against the Catholic church and speaking in favour of the second Commonwealth of Australia's government position on the matter. The message was everywhere.
Ling Yun-wha's administration continue to portray image of all the crime that is currently been conducted by the Catholic church, within region control by the church, these images are bee recorded by spies, within areas govern by the Catholic church. It especially portray images of people continue to be locked away and executed for unjustifiable reasons. It show images of how people are been burned, stone or buried alive, by the church, charged with the crime of Blasphemy, abomination or Sacrilege for been Jews, priest of other religion, Christian priest that are not Catholic or for been test tube babies or egg babies. It talk about how homosexuals are been beaten and then buried alive under layers of cements. It talk about how women are been locked away for life, for fortification, extramarital sex, sometime been stone to death. It especially portray images that took place on the Australian mainland.
It also tell story of the church's passed crimes, including how in 1970s Ireland, the church throw unwed mothers into Catholic prison and confiscate their children and also kidnap many women to Ireland and throw them into Catholic prisons. How children in Europe been confiscated by the church in 1970s was been used as slave labour by the church. It talk about how during the 1940s, the Church praise Hitler's mass murder of Jews with comments such as "god gave us Hitler" and "There is no such thing call the blood of an innocent Jew". It talk about the Inquisition and the Crusades. It talk about the origin of the Catholic church, how Emperor Constancy the last Emperor of Rome, created the church and crown himself as its first pop, as a tool to secure his power and executed anybody that is not willing to convert and use the church as an excuse to massacred educated that would speak out against him. These government message was everywhere. They are been printed as ads on the side of the bus, they are hanging on giant billboards on the side of the streets, they are on TV, they are in the radio, they are on the newspaper, they are even been printed on your home purchased appliances and computer screensavers. At school, at the back of every textbook, the front and back of every classroom and the billboard upon the front gate of every school, there is either the official government slogan of why Catholicism is not a religion or why no person have the right to force their own religion law or view upon another and how the Catholic church is violating this principle. At school, starting from first grade, children are been taught to believe in the government position about right to religious freedom and responsibility of not forcing one's own religion law or view upon another and the government view that Catholicism is not a religion and they are taught about all the horrible crime that the Catholic conduct in the past and present and taught to believe the Catholic church an evil institution, because of it.
To further ensure the Catholic church would not have an influence, Ling Yun-wha asked a favor from the Buddhist community. While traditionally Buddhism care little about trying to spread their religion. Ling Yun-wha have a theory that if more people convert away from Christianity all together, less people would side with the Catholic church. Originally reluctant to get involved, the Shoaling temple of China, Fugongsan temple of Taiwan are the only two temples that finally reluctantly agree to send monks to help build Buddhism private schools and send missionaries to convert Christians to Buddhism. Only to help secure Tasmania away from the influence of the now obviously corrupt Catholic church. Once this is over, they intent to withdraw from Australia. Ling Yun-wha would have asked Muslim to spread their religion too, if it wasn't because of his little understanding of the Muslim faith and all the Muslim extremists groups that have emerged, cause him to fear, it would result in another Muslim extremists group to emerge in Tasmania.
Ling Yun-wha also know about the importance of re-establishing an economy. Especially consider, Tasmania originally only have a population of five hundred thousand, then the population suddenly boomed to three million. There was a serious shortage of even food, medicine, clean drink water and shelter, in the beginning. Those are all issues that Ling Yun-wha's administration must deal with. He send his soldiers out to grow crops, build houses and find ways to get enough water supplies. To help deal with the basic need of the people. But he know that is not enough, he first used his experience as a successful businessman to first re-establish a good agriculture base economy, by encouraging Australia businesses to work with companies from Asia and then use the same method to start exploring strengthening Tasmania's manufacturing economy, knowing you can't fight a war without manufacturing capability. He initiate infrastructure projects, that will provide long term benefit for Tasmania's economy.
In terms of defence Ling Yun-wha believe in firstly, having an army capable of defending Tasmania, but even more he believe in having a strong navy and air force, so, if it is defensive warfare, he could defeat the Catholic Liberation force at sea, if it is an offensive warfare, it make it harder for the Catholic Republic of Australia to know where his troops will strike, because the navy is not bound by sea. He has no intention of retaking all of Australia in the short run, he intent to first secure and strengthen the second Commonwealth of Australia's power base at Tasmania, then spread out to sea and then gradually to a small part of the mainland and so on.
Now, ten years later, all of Ling Yun-wha's project have proven to work. But the truth is that, he was not able to have done it, without the support from Asia within the first few years. The Asians send continue aids and aids workers to help Australia during this difficult time. Their military support help keep Tasmania secure and help trained the new recruits and re-establish a functioning army. Ling Yun-wha appointed himself as defence minister, so he could have command over the military. Despite been subject to the Governor General and Taiwan in command, the Taiwanese have a policy of not interfering with Australia military command, unless it is in conflict with their national policy and they guarantee this right to the Australians via law. So, the Australian defence force is very much independent. Constitutionally, the Prime Minister should only be allow to serve a maximum of two four years term, but under martial law, the Prime Minister would not be re-elected, martial law can only end by the Prime Minister himself, the Governor General, the Senate or by a vote of majority support. But through the combination of silencing people from speaking out against the government and speaking in favour of the Catholic church, the continue government propaganda to help undermine the Catholic church's influence and the fact Ling Yun-wha have done a great job securing Tasmania, re-established a functioning economy, he now have public support and if the people support him, they don't felt been oppressed, therefore, there have never been a vote by the people or the Senate demanding to end martial law.
However, today Ling Yun-wha is asking for the impossible, hoping to make the first step in retaking a part of the mainland, he have been spending the past seven years building and training the Australian marine corp, as an ex marine himself, he personally overseen the building of this force trained by the Taiwan and South Korean marines.
He is at Taiwan right now, trying to convince the Taiwan President to change their policy on this matter. The Asians don't want to prioritized retaking Australia, they are more interest in trying to take Europe, as a combine effort of Asia, Middle East, Greenland and Iceland. The theory is that, if Europe fall, then the Roman Catholic church would fall. Then the rest of the Catholic forces in North and South America and in Australia would be like a snake without a head, thus making them much easier to handle.
Within the room there with him right now, is the Prime Minister of Taiwan, Charlotte Bisset. Charlotte isn't Asian, she is French, one of the many European refugees that escaped to the Middle East, after the Catholic Republic of Europe was been established. Two years ago, she became the first European women, to become the Prime Minister of Taiwan. But unlike the Prime Minister of Australia, whom is elected. Taiwan's Prime Minister is appointed by the President, who is elected by the people. So, the President's position is the Prime Minister's position.
"You know we can't approve it." Charlotte said
"When I first became the Australian's Prime Minister. When I first lead them to Tasmania, I promise them, they would retake their homeland. They put their trust in me, a foreigner. Now, it have been over ten years, what am I suppose to tell them?"Ling Yun-wha said
"I don't know, maybe the fact, if it wasn't because of you most of them would be dead by now? That the only reason they are not dead or been oppressed by the CRA is because of you. And even if they made it to Tasmania without you, they would still be dead by now. The fact that, it is only because of your leadership, they managed to survive and live there so well, in Tasmania now. You single handed saved three million life, within the past ten years. One in eight Australian is now, not living under the fear of CRA or been executed by them, because of you. Not to many people can say that. They love you and you know it. Why else would they put up with ten years of martial law?' Charlotte said
"And there are plenty more Australian, suffering on the mainland right now. Half of the population never have the chance to get out." Ling Yun-wha said
"You know why we decided to aid Australia ten years ago. Tasmania is like a huge aircraft carrier. At the South of the mainland, Indonesia is like another aircraft carrier, at the North of the mainland, it would be like war on two fronts for the Catholics." Charlotte said
"Exactly, so why are you denying me this now. All I am asking is to have a small foothold on the mainland, that is all, nothing more. It would be insane, to try take the entire mainland. Australia mainland, is a big place. I've spend the last eight years, training the Australia marines, they are fine soldiers. Our navy, is way ahead of the CRA, so is our air force. Our fighter jets, F 185, IDF 17, including our home made fighter jet Aus F1 and Aus F2, are way ahead of anything the CRA have. I have fifty thousand marines two hundred thousand army, forty warships, each warship each with fully trained crew and two hundred fighter jets. The CRA navy, has nothing but war ships decommissioned by the 20thcentury or early 21stcentury, they are no match for us. War on two front, that is why you wanted to help Australia in the first place right? If we want to strike, we need to strike now, when they are still weak. Otherwise, we would miss our chance."Ling Yun-wha said, he is not 100% certain why he is talking with Charlotte about this, it isn't really her call, consider she answer to the President.
"You know about our plan to take Europe first, it is the head of the snake, plus, they are facing war on three fronts." Charlotte said
"Meanwhile, how many people are currently dying in Australia mainland? Every day, people are been executed, for speaking out against the church, for been gay, for been Jewish, for been none Catholic priests, for been a test tube baby or egg baby. People are starving to death on the street, because they can't pay the tax to help glorify the church. Things are not so good on the mainland. And I cannot ask the Australian at Tasmania to run a fight, just to save their own skin, while their brethren on the mainland are suffering lye that. Minus the ones that are now in Asia, Africa, Middle East and Tasmania, half of all Australians are still living on the mainland. That is over twelve million people. " Ling Yun-wha said
"Don't tell me about what it is like living under the CRA. I was still in Europe during the beginning of the Catholic Republic of Europe's rule. We French got it worse, after CRE took power. Hell, do you think the Roman Catholic Church, would in any way, approve of us French's idea about love? I've seen people been dragged onto the street and been nailed to a cross, I've seen people been pull into two pieces by been tied to two different cars, driving in two different directions. Everything that is happening on the Australian mainland right now, I've seen it, with my own two eyes."Charlotte said
"Europe is not that easy to take and you know it. It require another total war, to take it down in the short time and only ten year after the last total war, nobody want another one right now and you know it. Meanwhile, the forces upon the America content, is on a continue lost, for the past ten years. You know for a fact, their military very much face the same problem as Australia once face, way too many leaks. Even the Americans have already moved their capital to California, right? Why else, would the Americans finally decide to give all of their latest military technology to us? Better to give them to a friend then to let them fall into the hand of the enemy. Once the Catholic forces gain a foothold on the west coast of North or South America, there is nothing stopping them from crossing the Pacific and come straight to Asia. I am not asking you to send troop, I am asking you to persuade the President, give the order, to allow me to mobilized the Australian defence force. I am not even asking to mobilize all of them, just fifty thousand troops, to get one foothold on the mainland nothing more. " Ling Yun-wha said
